Inflatable and oversized mascot costumes
When the character needs to be two metres wide and the performer still needs to walk for an hour, an inflatable body is the honest answer. A continuous quiet blower holds the shape; the performer carries a battery pack, not the volume. We also build oversized foam-shell bodies in this style when you need the same big silhouette without a fan running.
- Quiet 12 V blowers with 6-10 hour rechargeable battery packs, spare battery included
- Ripstop and plush outer shells, seam-sealed so the body holds pressure
- Head and body can be built as one inflated piece or as a separate rigid head
- Typical wearer load 4-6 kg, the lightest build we make
